Workspace being reset after a long suspended activity

Hello,

One of my users got some problem with his workspace on InDesign but also other Adobe App. When he put his mac studio into suspended activity for too long, the workspace in InDesign is reset and that makes him move his microsoft window like Teams or Outlook. Someone may know the reason of this?

He is working on a mac studio with his data being migrated on it and he is using 2 monitor.
