Hi,

When I am starting a new document, I have selected the e.g. A4 print format and click go. Nothing happens. There is no workspace. What has happened?

Br,
Riikka

I would first make sure you've updated your version to 14.0.1.

Go to the InDesign CC menu and choose About InDesign CC...

Does it show 14.0 or 14.0.1?

If not 14.0.1, go to the CC Desktop app in the menu bar and apply the update.

Start by telling us what exact version of InDesign you're running, and what operating system.

In recent versions of InDesign, there are two different dialog boxes which can be used to create a new document. Can you create a screen capture of your dialog box and attach it to your reply in the forum editor, and tell exactly what happens when you click OK.

    Hi,

    I have MacOS 10.13.6

    And latets InDesign version: 14.0

So when I want to create a new document, a new workspace does not open. It shows only my background picture instead of the new workspace.

    Br,

    Riikka
