Yellow boxes appear around some text when printing from ID to acrobat

Yellow boxes highlight some of the text I've created in InDesign. I'm not sure why they are there on some items but not others. I think it has to do with my have modified the text in some way - changing the background color, or shifting the row of text up or down. My problem is that these yellow text box outlines are printed when make the pdf. I cannot find a setting in Acrobat to turn this off. I've never had this problem before. Any help would be appreciated.

Can you post some screen shots?

I think it is a warning that the text in the row or cell might be incorrectly formatted.

I think I've found the answer - it seems that somehow the border had been selected to yellow for the text tool.
