Error message "Your InDesign (Beta) build has expired."

I'm close to finish my months long project, and InDesign is letting me down.

Is there a trick to launch the beta anyway?

Good news! A new InDesign Beta build 18.9.0.34 appeared this morning and appears to work!

I'm having the same problem can't even dowload my indesign cloud document (INDDC) from the creative cloud because keeps saying: "downloading file".

Development of the Cloud format for InDesign is continuing, but there will be times when there is not a version which will open it up. Beta applicatioins can not be counted on to be continually updated. This format is being prepared for the new InDesign version coming in October.

InDesign beta build has expired means that the beta build has completed it's lifecycle. You can use the mainline release build donwloaded from the creative cloud desktop app to keep working without any breaks.

That is not true. Neither the release version of InDesign nor the current Prerelease version can open up InDesign  Cloud documents.
