Hello....How do I create a container that has zig zag edges, so that when I drop my image into it. it mimics the look of a piece of cloth cut with pinking sheers? thanks 😊

Create the frame in Illustrator, copy it from there and paste it in InDesign.

To elaborate on Willi's suggestion, create a shape in Illustrator at your desired size, go to Effect> Distort &  Transform> Zig Zag. Adjust the size and ridges per segment of the effect until the zig zags are around 45°, (if you create a small square and rotate it 45°, you can use this to check the angle). Turn off the InDesign Clipboard preference to "Prefer PDF when pasting" copy the shape in Illustrator and paste it into InDesign, place your image into the shape.
