Zipfil

Jag har fått en zipfil för ett Indesigndokument gjort i mac och försöker öppna det i en pc. Men jag får bara felmeddelandet att "antingen finns inte filen, du har inte läsrättigheter till filen eller så används den i ett annat program".

Jag har laddat upp filen på min hårddsik och extraherat den. Den används inte i ett annat program. Vad innebär det att jag inte har läsrättigheter? 

Hur löser jag det här?

Hey Tassa, 

 

there could be a problem which is typical for the communication between macOS & Windows.

 

If you extract the zip file with macOs it is working right?

  1. Check for hidden files with the name .HSResource and delete it by opening the Terminal and use rm -f /location/to/the/file
  2. Create a new zip file and try it again on your Windows pc

 

I don't usually work on Windows, so I just know this situation when we are using several zips on our RedHat system & Window VMs.
