Zoom tool not working with shift+command

Macbook Pro mid-2015, Monterey - My Apple USB external keyboard stopped showing the zoom tool using shift+command, shift+command+alt... not sure if it happened with the last update of the MacOS however. It does appear to function normally using the Macbook Pro keyboard however. Have checked System Preferences and see no conflicts. Any idea?

I did try a rest of the preferences at start-up... didn't change anything.

For what ever reason the spacebar+command is working again.

Hi,

Sorry to hear about the trouble. it can happen due to corrupt preferences. In that case, you may try resetting them (https://helpx.adobe.com/indesign/kb/indesign-preferences-support-file-locations.html) and see if that helps resolve the issue.

Disclaimer: Please note that resetting preferences will remove all the custom settings, and InDesign will launch with default settings. You can also take a backup of the folders in case you want to. Location is mentioned in the article.

Let us know if this helps or if you need any further assistance.

Regards

Rishabh

Sorry - I meant spacebar... my bad. I have been using Adobe products from day one and this problem happened a while back on a different machine. Not sure how I cleared it up...
