If the issue still persists, please try performing a clean reinstall using the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. First, close all Adobe applications, then remove InDesign, Creative Cloud Desktop, CCLibrary, and CoreSync using the tool here: https://adobe.ly/4mkYJCc. After that, reinstall the Creative Cloud Desktop application and then install InDesign again from here: https://adobe.ly/43fQrCS

What version of InDesign returns this error? Are all your InDesign installations updated to their latest versions?
