Lightroom Classic does not have true color replacement, like Photoshop does. In LrC, you have to first use masks to select the part of the photo you want to change, and then in the mask, you can use the Color/Hue slider, or Point Color, to change the color. But you may not be able to specify the exact brilliant gold or silver that you might want. If you can't get close enough, you probably ought to consider doing this in Photoshop.
