?:0:attempt to index a nil value

When opening LR today, this is the message that pops up.  LR does not go any further and is not functioning.  This is a new computer only 30 days old, LR is up to date.  I did uninstall/reinstall and continue to get this message.  I have looked at the forums and this error message is mentioned, but not with my issue.  I am using MS 11, LR v13.  Any insight/assistance is appreciated.
