100% utilization in LrC

Since upgrading to 13.0.1 when I try to use Lightroom CC  LrC my cpu utilization goes to 100% immediately. I open LR CC, click on a photo to begin editing it and cpu goes straight to 100%. Nothing else is being done.

    One update after typing this, there was one set of photos from about a year ago I imported into LrC after the upgrade to 13.0.1. Decided to remove it and see what happened. So far everything seems to be working normally again. Will snap a few pictures later today and import them to see if that changes anything.

     

    Sorry about the the CC in the name, not sure what I was thinking there....

    Please make sure that sync with the cloud, face detection and address lookup are turned off/paused. Don't simply say "I don't ever turn those on", please check and double-check to make sure these are not turned on.
