13.0.1 is repeatedly shut down. why?

I used the 13.1  13.0.1version well until yesterday. It suddenly ended, and when I run the lightroom, it keeps ending.
So I downgraded to version 12.5, and it worked fine and was able to use it.
After downgrading the Lightroom to version 12.5, upgrading to version 13.0 or 13.1  13.0.1 will exit over and over again.

Why is the light room that I used well suddenly ending?
How can I use the 13.1  13.0..1 version?
