2-3 mins while I wait for an image to load.

On the advice of a friend I just downgraded to Photoshop version 27.7. With the new version it took me 17 seconds to open three images as layers in Photoshop. After down grading to 27.7 it only took eleven seconds. This is definitely a massive bug. 

After using Lightroom Classic to "Open as Layers In Photoshop" the layers seem slower to open and load in Photoshop. The process seems to have changed. It used to start immediately, but now you will see each layer quickly flash on screen then disappear. With several (8-10) layers opening, it’s a long wait.  After that, the layers start loading. It feels much  slower than it used to be and I’ve heard that from others with the same feedback. This is a new behavior, in the newest update or two. I’ve been doing this for many years, this is new.

Are you using Lightroom (Lr icon) or Lightroom Classic (LrC icon)? What version NUMBER?

We also need to know your operating system version NUMBER.

What do you mean by “load”? Is the delay in the Library module or the Develop Module or somewhere else?
