2 of 3 CCI profiles not visible as a profile

I have Lightroom 6 and want to install a lab's ICC profile to softproof for a large canvas print.  I have installed 3 profiles plus 1 profile from a different lab.  I can see all profiles installed on my computer but when I open Lightroom, I only see 2 of the 4 profiles and they are not the 2 I wish to use.  I have done everything from deleting in color management, deleting in the folder, reinstalling, renaming the file in the folder, with lightroom closed, with lightroom open.  What is the problem?  I need to get this print ordered.  Very fustrated.  Also any advice for softproofing as this is my first time and a very large print if I can get the profile to open!  PS I would upgrade but I am semi retired and do not want a monthly fee.  BRING BACK ONE TIME PURCHASES!
