Question

20gb photogaphy plan is difficult to find on the purchase page.

At some point recently, Adobe changed their purchase pages to no longer show the $9.99/mo 20gb Photography plan on their "choose the plan that's right for you" pages.  If you had clicked to see Lightroom Classic plans, the only plan they now show (other than the all applications plan) is the $19.99/mo 1TB Photography plan.

And, if you had clicked to see "Lightroom" plans it's the same thing but with the addition of the 1tb  $9.99 Lighroom Cloud only plan.   In the case of asking to see LrC plans, in order to see the cheaper plan you need to click the "See all Plans and Pricing" text in fine print at the way bottom of the page.   In the case of asking about "Lightroom" plans,  there are no links that eventually take you to the 20gb $9.99 plan,

I suspect most customers, even those who know the difference between LR and LrC,  will not know to seek out the cheaper plan.  I think this is a very sad thing for Adobe to do as it really seems to be deceptive marketing.

If you have not found it and in the U.S., try this link. It worked for me today (08.12.24). Not really sure how I found it initially months ago, but luckily, I had left if up in the tab of one of my browsers since I was afraid I would not be able to find it again when I decided to subscribe. which happened to be the case.

Ok, I have found 20GB plan, however when trying to buy it redirection doesn't work. I'm ending with DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN error (i've checked multiple browsers). Anyone have this problem and have a solution to pass it?

I agree -- Adobe is clearly hiding the Photography (20 GB) plan. In general, sophisticated marketers know that such approaches can juice revenue in the short term but have a large longer-term cost in customer goodwill and trust. But companies that dominate their market segments tend not to care about that cost.

The All category on the Plans and pricing for Creative Cloud apps and more  doesn't show the 20 GB plan:

While you can see the Photography (20 GB) plan if you click the Photo category, most customers would surely think All means All, right?

"here are no links that eventually take you to the 20gb $9.99 plan,  "

Click the link at the top of 'your page' called "Compare Plans," and you will see all three.  The 'missing plan' is the first one in the group of three with a big blue 'buy' button.

This is not new, there has been such a page which doesn't mention the 20GB plan for probably years now. I wish Adobe would stop doing this. Anyway, the 20GB plan can be purchased here: https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/photography/compare-plans.html
