good afternoon! I know that you helped the Ukrainians and made a free subscription for 90 days for us, thank you very much for that! I am a longtime user and regularly pay for a subscription, but this feature for 90 free days has not spread to my account. tell me, please, what is the reason, maybe I have not been a user of your community for a long time (3 years)? I will be very grateful for the answer)
