A print module puzzle for me

I am having a challenge in the print module. I'm using LrC 14.5.1, Windows 11, printer is an Epson ET-8550. I have been trying to print 8.5 x 11" prints with a small border. I have all the margins set properly in the print module page layout, everything looks proper on the screen. It's the way I have been doing the prints for years. But the resulting print is consistently coming out as a 5 x 7" print on half of the paper. I'm not using any print template. I have two other printing programs, Qimage and Epson Print Layout, and they both print as expected. But I'm puzzled because LrC doesn't want to seem to print the full-page image. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

@JimHess Try checking the Epson [Print Preview] to 'on' in the Printer dialog- The preview might indicate if it is LrC creating the smaller 5x7 image, or if the printer is at fault.

I also note your field for {Profile} under Color Management is blank- Are you letting the Printer color manage? I would expect to see "Managed by Printer" or a Paper Profile if LrC is managing color. (Even if printing a B&W image).

I don't see any problems with your settings ( Rotate to Fit ? ). With my limited knowledge.

Having just printed some 8x10s on A4 paper my results were OK.

Keep thread bumped and others might add an answer for you.

I appreciate your looking at the screenshots. LrC printed just fine initially, but just recently started printing strangely on the 8.5 x 11" paper. I even reset the defaults on the printer to see if that would help, but it didn't. I can still export and print using the other applications, however.

Post some screen-clips of your printer setup dialog and the LrC layout panel- Someone might then see the problem.
