I have the latest Lightroom update from today. Downloaded images to the catalog. When I hit develop, the previously normal appearing image appears as a strange negative where all dark areas are completely white, light colors are black and green is blue.
The first suggestion would be for you to go to the Lightroom preferences, performance tab, uncheck the GPU option. If that fixes the problem, and you have a compatible graphics card, Try different drivers and check the GPU option. If none of them work then leave the option unchecked.
