Access denied for security reasons, Lightroom Classic

Sirs, I purchased Lightroom Classic 14.8.2021 (for my new camera (cr3 file type). I installed it only in one and new computer, at my home in the city, So far all was ok. Today I received a message something like this " Access to Lr Classic is denied due to security reasons", the message is this, maybe not with these words.

An another problem is: For Lightroom Classic  I used email address [Moderator deleted private information. Please do not post private information like e-mails and phone numbers] . Now Adobe says such a email related to Adobe does not exist.

I have an old email [Moderator deleted private information. Please do not post private information like e-mails and phone numbers] for old LR6, I will keep the old LR6 in one old computer  at my country side cottage, as it is for my focus stacking equipment (old camera has old cr2). Adobe recognises this count.

 

Problem is that Adobe does not find my new email [Moderator deleted private information. Please do not post private information like e-mails and phone numbers] and my new  Adobe Lr Classic count.

How to get LR Classic back?

Let us start over with a different approach.

 

I assume you have a copy of the Adobe CreativevClod Desktop App (ACCDA)

 

Bring that up.

Hi, I have a good reason to believe that my problem was caused by simultanous problems in the internet connection and Adobes need to check the validity of the licence (LR CC). My email address was not available occasionally as needed, for a unknown reason. Now LR CC performs as earlier.

Do you want to reinstall LrC?

 

If that is your question, a moderator needs to detach this from this thread, as it is a different problem.

Those of us here in this forum are not Adobe employees, we are other Lightroom Classic users. We have no idea what is happening to your account, and can't fix it even if we did know. You need to contact Adobe directly about problems with your account.

Sign in

Upper right, your icon, click on it

Manage your account

Review plan revie e-mail associated with plan

 

 

your old e-mail address vs new e-mail address, if you usedold to subscribe, and you use new to manage, or for that metter to sign in, then you need to change that at adobe.com

Does the new e-mail account actually exist as you have typed it? And, is that the e-mail address that you used and associated with your Adobe ID and password when you subscribed to Lightroom Classic? Have you actually received any e-mail and that new e-mail address?

I'm a little confused with your numbers. First of all, you do not "purchase" Lightroom Classic. It is a subscription only situation. And the current version of Lightroom Classic is 10.4. So, what version of Lightroom Classic do you really have?

You are right, I subscribed to it for one year. I think I have the last
version ( my subscription is 2 weeks old). I can not confirm the current
version because my access is denied since 4 hours. So far it worked well.
