Access logs for cloud sync

In my LR classic catalog (50000 items), I have synced 77000 to the LR cloud to edit with the new versions on the go. Recently the sync got extermely slow and I cannot figure out why. I can observe progress in syncing but it is unbearably slow, also LR classic gets extremely slow to use at the same time.

Can anyone advise me where I can find any logs on the sync progress and LR classic itself to see myself where the problem lies?
