Access to Full MetaData for Export Presets

Dear Adobe, 

One of my clients has a very specific file-naming convention.  I can put the necessary data into the metadata via PhotoMechanic but I don't have access to the needed fields when constructing the file name for export from LRCC.  I have jury-rigged a workaround but it takes precious time from my time-sensitive workflow.  Access to the fuller metadata record would be useful to name output files for other clients as well.  

 

Please consider.
