Accessing LR catalog if no longer a paying member
How do I access my LR catalog for exporting to another place if I cannot continue to pay the subscription fee?

You can still run Lightroom Classic in that case. When your subscription has expired, Lightroom Classic will disable the Develop module and the Map module. All other modules and functionality will remain.
