What if the owner no longer has their account with the shared photo album? How do I get access to that album that was originally shared with me? Do I have any chance of getting access to those photos again?

please help

Do you have access to the person who shared the album with you?

If they shared the photos from a Lightroom Classic catalog, they should still have the images on a hard drive. If they shared the album from Lightroom, then they need to contact Adobe about getting access to the files.

Thank you for your response!

I have been in communication with the owner but they said that they no longer have the Lightroom account and may not have the photos on a hard drive somewhere. I've found it difficult to find a way to communicate with Adobe about this issue cause I really need access to these photos (from my wedding). Is there anything I can do to get temporary access from Lightroom- maybe the photos are temporarily in the cloud?

There's really nothing Adobe can do for you. Adobe does not own the photos, and therefore Adobe would not and could not provide them to you. Ownership of any photos belongs to the person who took the photos, not to Adobe. Perhaps if you have a contract that says the photos belong to you, that may be different (but I am not a lawyer).
