Accidentally deleted my Lightroom Desktop Catalog

I was working on my laptop and I was clearing space off my mac. Not realizing I had accidentally deleted my LightRoom Catalog it was about 300+ gb. Is there any way I can recover this? I really need it back...The issue also was it didn't finish Synching

If the catalog file isn't in the trash I think you out of luck.

You have to restore the catalog from the latest backup.

It isn't in the trash I had checked, would there be any other way ? even if I don't have the backup?

No, I think there's no way. If you don't have a backup you're out of luck.
