Add new mask panel does not appear

Hello

When I click on the mask icon, the panel that is supposed to develop under does not appear (I mean the panel with "Add new mask", "Select subject", "Select sky", "Brush" and so on).

You can see on the screen capture what appears when I click on the mask icon.
