Add New Mask, then select Subject. Some idle time, then no result. Have rebooted, same results. Selected different pictures, same Result.

Instructions: Develop Module, Add New Mask, Select Subject. Wheel spins, nothing happens, returns to menu. 
Expected Result: It should select Subject. 
Actual Result: No action.

    Problems like this are almost always caused by outdated GPU drivers. Check the website of your GPU manufacturer for driver updates. If you use a Nvidia GPU, then make sure you install the Studio drivers, not the Game Ready drivers.

    Tengo el mismo problema. Actualicé el driver la última versión de mi tarjeta de video (Intel Arc), instalé la última versión de Lightroom, desactivé el uso de la GPU, reinicié Creative Cloud, reinicié mi computadora, pero todo sigue igual: no puedo usar la selección de objetos (tampoco funciona la selección de personas, pero sí funciona la selección de sujeto). No sé qué solución puede haber. El problema comenzó de un día al otro sin que yo haya modificado nada.

    Hello ​@nik.m , thank you very much for your response. I just tried the options to reset preferences, but they didn't work either. Unfortunately, I rely heavily on AI selection tools, as they greatly optimize my workflow. I’m attaching a screen recording of the issue so you can see the application's behavior (both in Landscape and Object selection). Thank you again for your help. I hope a solution can be found for this problem.

    That worked, thank you. Windows said I had the latest driver, but Nvidia gave an (apparently) newer driver, and now Select Subject works appropriately.
