Adding details from GPS data

Is there an easy way to populate other fields in the location panel (e.g. city, state/province/country/region, country code) when accurate/correct GPS data has been entered?

You can turn on Address Lookup in Lightroom Classic.

    I believe I have done that but it doesn't seem to work. 
    I checked the box in the Address Lookup section of Metadata under Catalog Settings; is that correct?
    (I do have the jr Geocoding Support plug in installed).
    Any further assistance would be most appreciated.

    Click on the Name Plate at the top left. A dropdown menu appears in which "Address Lookup" is one of the items, it should NOT indicate "Paused" on the right.
