Adding GPS to processed jpegs from Nikon NEF files

I have used Lightroom until recently and after processing my Nikon NEF files to jpegs I upload to Flickr. While using LR it would upload the GPS info into Flickr. Now that I'm using LRC the GPS information is not uploaded with the jpeg images to FLICKR. I read somewhere that the GPS data is saved to the original file . How can I add it to the processed jpegs so it will automatically transfer to FLICKR? Thanks.

How are you uploading to flickr? Using the official plugin or are you exporting jpegs and uploading those? If you use the plugin, by default it strips the location info. Go into publishing manager and uncheck it:

A similar checkbox will be available in your export panel if you just export jpegs and upload them.

My photos have GPS information, and when I share to Flickr with Jeffrey Friedl's plugin, the GPS information shows up at Flickr.

So, how are you uploading photos to Flickr?

Another question: are you sure the GPS information is in the file that is uploaded to Flickr?
