Adobe [Cannot access version 8.3. Only 7.5 is available.]

When I open Adobe  the only version of lightroom in there is the 7.5v  is there a reason I can not get Lightroom 8.3v ?

    Which operating system are you running?

    OS support for Creative Cloud 2019 apps

    7.5 runs on Windows 7 SP1, 8.1 and Windows 10.

    Lightroom Classic system requirements

    8.3 only runs on 7 SP1 and later versions of Windows 10. Not 8.1.

    Lightroom Classic system requirements

    If you're running Windows 8.1, you'll first have to upgrade to Windows 10.

    Sounds like an issue with your copy of the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop Application. The app you are using to get those updates. Typically uninstall that app, download a fresh new copy and reinstall.
