Adobe creative cloud and other apps are not opening in Windows 10 though i have ram, Disk,free issue

Adobe creative cloud and other apps are not opening in Windows 10 though i have ram, Disk,free . As When ever i try to open the app it opens an window and before opening it comes for a second and instantly closes i cant open any of my Adobe Apps In HP Zbook 17G5  Laptop. Though all other apps are woking fine.

If you can open the Creative Cloud desktop app (wasn't clear), then try signing out and back into your account via the app.

If you can't open the Creative Cloud desktop app, then use the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool to completely remove all Creative Cloud apps. Then reinstall just Creative Cloud and Lightroom Classic first.
