ADOBE DNG CONVERTER RUINS THE QUALITY OF MY RAW PICTURES

I'm using Lightroom 4.4 and since I bought the Canon 70D I had to start using the Adobe DNG converter so Lightroom could import my raw CR2 photos. I discovered that there is a big loss of quality when I use the  DNG converter 9.10 from my CR2 file when it becomes a DNG file. My system is Windows 10. I need an answer A.S.A.P. please. Thank you.
