Hi:

Lightroom is dumping the error when click on the system info option.

My laptop runs windows 10 (build 14393.693)  and lightroom was patched from 6.8 to 6.9.

I found the error happens when click on the slideshow option.

Solutions tried:

Delete preference files based on Preference file and other file locations | Lightroom CC and 6 but it didn't work.

the GPU option is disabled (Lightroom<< \ Preferences<<  Performance tab << GPU)

The power settings for Switchable dynamic graphics are set for "maximum performance" (LoadLibrary failed with error 1114: A dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine failed - YouTube )

The file LightroomPreferences.agprefs has the line Use autobahn=FALSE

Any help will be appreciated
