Adobe Lightroom Classic crashing constantly on Macbook Air Mojave 10.14.3

Hi,

My version of Lightroom classic is constantly crashing. Every time I open it i have to re-sync my libraries, soon as i try and got to the library tab it freezes spinning wheel and I have to force quit it, It doesn't give me any time to check settings or anything before it freezes soon as i change tab or open a file/edit tab it hangs.

This has been happening for about three months now, it's driving me insane. I hadn't had this issue before the last upgrade, but now i get it no matter which version i'm running.

I'm running a 2017 Macbook air, doing light imports and editing nothing heavy, all libraries are on the hard drive. Running Mojave OS version 10.14.3. And running the latest build of Lightroom

The way this keeps happening, is seriously making me rethink my subscription, I've read a few fixes and a few of the forum posts on here and nothing seems to work, any suggestions? I'm close to doing a rebuild of my mac to see if that fixes it.

Any suggestions would be great.
