"Adobe Lightroom Classic Quit Unexpectedly"

Regardless of how I try and open LR Classic on my MBP M1 Max 64GB memory Ventura 13.2.1, I rcecive the same error report : "Adobe Lightroom Classic Quit Unexpectedly" It occurs with Lightroon CC as well.

I HAVE SHUT DOWN AND RESTARTED, BUT TO NO EFFECT.

Any thoughts?
