Adobe Lightroom Crashes when Importing Photos

Hi,

Lightroom 2015.7 consistently crashes after import when importing photos from any source.
It crashes to "Adobe Lightroom has stopped working" within 3sec of import finishing.

Have tried GPU Option On/Off (No prevail)

Tried Importing photos individually (No prevail)

Have tried other system preference settings and nothing will help

Have tried installing and reinstalling 3 times, logging in and out but nothing changes.

If you could please help that would be greatly appreciated!

System Details:

Windows10 64bit, NVIDIA 1070, 64GB Ram, 6800K @ 4GHz, 2x SSD in RAID0 as working drive
