Adobe service help quality & support

Having issue with plugins disappearing in Lightroom Classic. Seems my DxO, NiK collection has disappeared along with 3 of 4 Topaz plugins. They exist on my hard drive but can't get Lightroom Classic to call them up in tghe "EDIT IN" feature of Develop module. On for hours with Adobe help & they handed me off telling I'd be getting a call (I assumed it'd be an elevated problem solving person). It was scheduled & confirmed by email. Call never came. Now I get a general promise that someone will call me. Anyone having similar issues with them???

Is it just me?
