Adobe Tech support Disrespectful and Unacceptable
I have been working with Adobe tech support on a problem with Lightoom Cliassic and my computer. I have scheduled a call from a technician for a two hour window 3 times now where each time I have been stood up. Nobody calls. I get an email that says they tried but could not contact me. They have my correct phone number and a backup number - they have talked to me on the phone before - but 3 times is not just a total waste of my time, but it is disrespectful, rude and unacceptable.
Does anybody have a way that I could get a hold of a higher up in Adobe to address this disrespect and to resolve my issue?
