Question

After a reboot, LRc must be stopped and restarted to see USB device

My RAID array takes a little time to settle down and announce itself to MacOS. When LRc restarts Automatically at reboot, my RAID array restarts, but it is not available. If LRc is automatically restarted, upon restart it takes note. Later on, long after the array has announced and is properly mounted, LRc cannot open any files on it. I must shut LRc down and restart it.

REQUIRED FIX:

When I click on a directory in LRc, it needs to refresh its content cache. That will surely burn a millisond or two, but that's considerably less time than a quit+ restart LRc sequence.

To test (I'm guessing here):

1. Install a USB file system that takes a while to stabilize (e.g. a RAID array)

2. use LRc to access some of the files on the array

3. rig the system so both the FS and LRc will be started at reboot

4. reboot the system

5. wait for the slow FS to be fully mounted and accessible

6. try to access the files you accessed earlier using LRc

It should be possible to see the file(s) via the Terminal program even though LRc sees nothing
