after every start, Account request

Question

Hi, i have the problem, that LR needs after every start my Account Login Data, send me a code and then comes the message:

"Your subscription status cannot be confirmed. No connection with Adobe servers possible. There may be no connection to the Internet. Check your connection and try again. If problems continue to arise, read our guide to solve connection problems."

i must reboot my Laptop to start LR after Login again.

additional to:After the reboot and re -logging in, the folowing message comes:Maximum number of device activations achievedRegister for one of the devices below to continue.Lightroom Classic can only be activated on 2 devices at the same time. For one of the devices listed below, click on "Submit" to continue using Lightroom Classic. A deregistration has no effect on your applications, local files and cloud elements on these devices.
