Updated my Mac to Sequoia earlier this week, and was just now editing some photos in Lightroom Classic (v13.5.1), and going to open it in LR into Photoshop (v25.12.) to edit, get this message -

Anyone else encountering this?

I don't get that prompt, but when I try to open an image in PS from LR, all I get is a black file. I cannot see my image. I am hoping someone can solve both our issues.

Similar but different issues here.

Running LRC 14.1 and since updating to Sequoia, Lightroom freezes after one or two actions. Locks up, dead as a dodo.

Similar issues on my end. Updated to Sequoia two days ago, as well as running LRC 13.5, and was met with "an error occurred when attempting to change modules". I've trouble shooted all of the above, including preferences and permissions, disk access, the whole lot. Hopped on the phone with Adobe earlier this afternoon, and they don't seem to know what is going on, but definitely pointed towards the new apple software interefering. I hope we get a Lightroom update soon with bug fixes.

Yes.  No answer to what's happening yet.  I just installed Sequoia as well.

@MrJPH @TmpArt1  Have you uninstalled PS Beta at any point of time? If yes, you may encounter such issues. Best bet is to reinstall PS 2024 as mentioned in the warning dialog.

Works correctly for me on sequoia. Are Lightroom and Photoshop(including camera raw) fully updated? Try resetting Lightroom's preferences. Also check if Lightroom and Photoshop have full disk access  in System Settings->Privacy and Security->Full Disk Access or at least set up with all toggles on in Files & Folders in the same place.

"Works correctly for me on sequoia."

Interesting... from your right clicking on the image in Lightroom and selecting 'Edit In > Edit in Adobe Photoshop 2024...' ?

"Are Lightroom and Photoshop(including camera raw) fully updated?"

Yes

"Try resetting Lightroom's preferences"

Did so, same results

"Also check if Lightroom and Photoshop have full disk access in System Settings->Privacy and Security->Full Disk Access or at least set up with all toggles on in Files & Folders in the same place."

Did so also... even un-toggled them and turned them back on... though did just notice something interesting, in Privacy & Security > Full Disk Access, it shows Adobe Lightroom Classic, but only Adobe Photoshop (Beta)

And when I went to add Photoshop, by pressing the '+' at the bottom of the screen, in the pop-up window it brings up, I select Adobe Photoshop 2024 > Adobe Photoshop 2024.app, and then click Open, but it then does not add it, or show it now being listed.

If you have any of the beta's installed it will show those in the list but the permissions should still apply to the non-beta versions. That does bring up an issue indeed. You should try uninstalling the beta from the creative cloud app if it is installed. Likely there is confusion between the two when trying to send the file to photoshop. If it is not installed, some crud is left behind from the beta installation.
