After updating to Lrc 14.3 version , I was unable to copy pics from the SD card. nor able to Add pic

After updating to the new LRC version of 14.3 , I am unable to copy pics from SD card nor add pics to the new catalog. LRC is not responding. There is no problem with the system, Mac Os sequoia 15.4.1. Kindly help

This was fixed with update 14.3.1 but I had to do a reset as well as per the link above after the update.

Show us a screen capture of the ENTIRE Import dialog box. Use the "Insert Photos" icon to include the screen capture in your reply. Do NOT attach files.

Try resetting your LrC preference file as described in Method 1 at https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/help/reset-preferences.html
