AI denoise feature renders, then fails and needs to render again before export

I've been using the Ai supported denoise feature, and while it works well, I receive an error message and I have to run it twice instead of once. The program makes me do it over again before export, and both processes take up two hours each. The error  says to reach out to customer support and post here.

I use a Lenovo, and recently this has been adding more unnecessary time to my workflow. I’ve made sure everything is up to date, and to my knowledge, my computer is capable of running the program and operations.
