AI Denoise Function

Hi, 

What can I do when the AI noise reduction function says "denoise is currently not compatible with this photo format"? I have used this function a few times already and haven't had any issues with it before. However, this time I used my friend's SD card for a set of photos and now I get this message when editing those photos. The photos are in jpeg.

Is there a way I can solve this problem? Or should I just never use my friend's SD card again 😕😕
