AI Denoise has killed the export macro {Filename number sufffix}

Question

Technically maybe not a bug, but the fiilenames generated by the new AI Denoise function has killed the functionality of the export macro {Filename number sufffix}

When running the denoise function I get filensames like DS123456-Enhanced-NR-png The number is no longer at the end of the fuilename and is skipped when generating filenames dureing export.
