AI denoise not working

Hey all,

I'm having issues with AI denoise. I've tried many times and waited forever for the same photos, checked the original folder for the dngs, tried different amounts of noise reduction, updated my computer, and nothing seems to work.

Also, I've denoised this particular shoot before for preview photos but it seems as though denoise overall isn't working. The files are cr3 files.

Are you viewing the image at 100%?

When evaluating noise, sharpness and other image detail, you must view the image at 100%, where one image pixel is represented by one screen pixel, giving you a true rendering of the image. (if you have a Retina display, use 200%)

Any other view will be inaccurate and misleading because the image has been scaled.

So if you compare the original with the denoised version, do you see a difference?

I can simply look at the file format and see that it isn't a dng. The problem is that the denoise bar loads and nothing occurs afterwards, no dng copy, only the original.
