Question

Ai Masking tools not functioning as before

Hi there,

I've updated my Lightroom Classic to release 13.3.1.
Since then I've been having trouble with the Ai Masking features and can't seem to get them to work as they used to. The Issue mainly concerns the Select Subject and Select Background masking features. The Select Person feature somehow isn't affected by this.

I've provided example images of the kind of masks I'm getting.
First the image as is, the the result of the select entire person masking, thirdly the select subject result
and lastly select background.
Has anyone else run into such masking behaviour?
It really doesn't depend on file format or type of raw file it worked so well and now this is all i get in any catalog...
Any Ideas what could be the cause?

Many thanks in advance 😉

My LR 13.3.1 makes a good Subject mask with your screenshot:

Please do the LR menu command Help > System Info and copy/paste the entire contents here so we can see exactly which versions of hardware and software LR thinks you're running and important LR options that are set.
