Question

AI Masks (Subject, Objects, Sky) not working on Mac M3

I have been unable to use the AI Masks for about a month. When I click on one of the icons, it blinks like it is making the mask but then does not. Has anyone had this issue and figured out a solution?

Thanks!

Hi @cynthia.reynolds

Apologies for this experience, and thank you for sharing the system information. This is helpful. A few troubleshooting steps I would recommend are:

If the issue persists after trying these steps, could you please confirm the following details?

  • Does this happen with a specific file, or does it occur with multiple images?

  • If it happens with multiple images, did the issue start after the recent update?

  • Could you please share a short screen recording showing the issue?

These details will help us better understand the behavior and investigate further.
