All arrows get stuck on temp (cold-warm)

Question

I updated Lightroom Classic to 4.0.1. Every 20-30 minutes the up and down keys gets stuck on temperature (cold/warm)? I can't hover over any adjustment (exposure, contrast etc) to change it with the arrows on my keyboard. When I use the arrows on my keyboard it just adjusts the temperature. I have to optimise my catalog each time to fix it

Try resetting the preferences of Lightroom Classic: How to reset Lightroom Classic preferences (adobe.com)

It's recommended to backup your preferences before you reset the preferences to the default settings:
