All presets gone after lightroom update

After updating lightroom all the presets are gone. we've checked the following file locations: AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Lightroom and \AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CameraRaw, all the presets seems to be gone. after a hour checking the windows 10 pc no presets were found.

the option "store presets with catalog" was unchecked

the updated version is 9.3. is it possible to revocer the presets?
