All Sliders not Working

for context, I edit photos on my laptop. All of my sliders stopped working in the middle of me editing. I figured Lightroom needed an update, so I updated it to the 12.1 Version just now... nothing. Same problem. How can I fix this?? Any help would be appreciated!

Try resetting LR's preferences:

LR sometimes soils its preferences file, and resetting it can fix all sorts of wonky behavior. That article explains how to restore the old preferences if resetting doesn't help.

EDIT: I also updated my laptop so that's not the issue either.
